We were happy to back at the VIP Mansion a private estate in San Clemente for our first full wedding of 2021. We kicked off what looks like it will be a busy year with an easy-going, happy couple, Brittany and Kyle! The pair met on the dating app Hinge by pure chance. Kyle was living in Washington and happened to be passing by Brittany when she appeared on his feed. The two matched easily and hit it off quickly! They both have a unique sense of style and share a love for Jesus and tattoos! They were so loving and happy to finally be getting married.
The women got dressed in the home’s bridal suite which has beautiful sunlight streaming in and a fitting wall decal that says “A dream is a wish your heart makes", while the boys got ready between playing arcade games in the game and movie rooms.
Brittany’s mom who is very special to her was beside her the whole time helping her get ready and reflecting Brittany’s natural beauty. When she was ready for her Father/Daughter first look, Brittany’s dad walked in and saw his daughter standing there in her her gorgeous fitted, strapless gown. He was clearly so proud! Father/Daughter first looks are always one of our favorite moments and we always encourage them to our brides!
When the couple was ready, we walked Brittany out to a large pillar in front of the home that gives the mansion some of its character. Once she was well hidden Kyle made his way to the opposite side of the pillar taking care not to sneak a peak at his bride. Instead of a first look the couple opted for a special prayer done holding hands, but never glimpsing at one another. This is a special moment that can be touching and fun at the same time.
Kyle was thrilled and emotional when he finally saw his bride coming down the aisle. They were married in an outdoor ceremony under the estate's domed arch, ocean view behind them, and friends and family surrounding them.
Often couples have a reception memory table of those who are no longer with them. For Brittany and Kyle they hung signs under their wedding arch for the bride’s baby brother, step father, and best friend who were in their hearts and looking over their wedding. We loved this, it felt so special like they were there standing beside them. The violinist from their church played as Brittany walked down the aisle, and made her way to her future and their Pastor Pete Cropsey.
After the ceremony, we took family portraits then got to spend some time with the happy couple taking their Mr and Mrs photos. They were so in love and fun to be around. Brittany is expecting, and Kyle couldn’t keep his hands off her very tiny baby bump! We know they will be fantastic parents!
Their reception was filled with heartfelt and fun speeches, dinner service and of course lots of dancing. Unfortunately due to Covid some of Kyle's immediate family including his mom could not attend the wedding, but thanks to technology even she got to see her son and daughter-in-law and have a little chat during the reception. We can't wait to send them all the photos so they can relive the day!
Brittany and Kyle’s wedding will be a celebration to remember especially after a difficult 2020 for most. Congratulations and please keep in touch we can't wait to see what the future holds for you two, we know it will be amazing!
