Wow is all we can say about this couple. Jaslin was a gorgeous bride. She glowed in a fitted lace dress, and Cinderella-esque shoes—her something blue, and a reminder of their proposal location—Disneyland. Matt looked handsome in his taupe suit made complete by his friendly smile.

The pair were married at Rancho De Las Palmas in Moorpark. The outdoor venue combines lush tropical gardens with the flare of a country club. The lagoon, surrounds what they call groom’s island. The outdoor setting was perfect for capturing the getting ready photos and making the groomsmen feel comfortable.

Jaslin and Matt were married at 5:30pm, so after their ceremony instead of proceeding to family photos, we rushed off in a “just married” golf cart to capture sunset photos of the newly Mr. and Mrs. Parker. All our worries of missing the beautiful natural light vanished when Jaslin and Matt stepped in front of the camera together; they fell into the rhythm of posing and being natural easily. They are a perfect fit and you can see the glow in each of their faces when they are together.

Working with our videography partner Jamie, All Because He Asked, we were able to move quickly, have fun and all get a few laughs in!  Jamie shot Matt’s sister’s wedding in 2016, so it was a bit of a reunion for him; Danielle and I enjoyed getting to know the couple and their families for the first time.

It was a beautiful day to marry. We were thrilled to have a gorgeous sunset that filtered in through the palm trees. After the portraits we rejoined the party and captured the family photos before the sun set completely.
