We had a blast getting to know and shooting Jen and Bill’s engagement photos in San Diego. They both love to argue, but they agree to keep things civil and prove a little debating keeps their relationship fun! We have to agree they are the perfect fit and we all had plenty of laughs!

We started our shoot at Balboa Park, which is special to them since they got engaged there in front of the National Art Museum. After seeing The Grinch in the Globe theatre Bill set up his camera to snap their photo and continued making adjustments until he found Jen was getting a bit annoyed; then he seized the moment and popped the question! We love shooting at Balboa Park, there are so many amazing backdrops there, and the options are unlimited. One of our favorite locations is a beautiful huge tree with exposed roots.

Next we made a stop to get a San Diego city line photo; Jen and Bill showed their competitive sides and had a college t-shirt standoff; and then finally we headed to Coronado Beach for sunset pics—these were our favorite! They were so cute and sassy playing together in the sand and water!

We look forward to their wedding at the BRICK in San Diego coming up very soon! We are sure it will be a blast!
