Melanie and Kevin traveled from Ohio to say their vows at the romantic Coyote Hills Golf Club in Fullerton, California. This was our first time shooting at this golf club and it was everything we had hoped for. Plus, Melanie, Kevin and their families were a joy to be around which made the day a lot of fun for us! Coyote Hills Golf Club is a dream wedding venue, with picturesque backdrops. The couple took advantage of the beautiful sunny California weather with an outdoor wedding. Adjacent to the putting green and golf course, Melanie and Kevin’s wedding was held under a traditional pitched structure of wood beams wrapped with romantic Wisteria vines that create a natural frame of the couple against a stunning view of cascading waterfall.  Following the ceremony the amazing Coyote Hills Golf Club team and the couple's planners transformed the space into a gorgeous reception location. The chandeliers added a romantic touch and the blush pink and gold table settings set the elegant tone.

Melanie looked gorgeous in her strapless, lace and tulle dress, with her bridesmaids dressed in blush pink; while Kevin looked dapper in his navy suit. Once the party got started Melanie traded in her traditional full wedding dress for something more fit for the dance floor. We loved her chic, beaded dance dress. All the guests took to the dance floor quickly; there were lots of laughs and smiles! Sis and I love a crowd that likes to dance. It was no surprise when a conga line formed that everyone participated! Between dancing, guests had their caricatures drawn by Nick Smith and enjoyed the peaceful setting provided by the Coyote Hills Golf Club.

We had such a great time getting to know Melanie and Kevin’s families, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. What an honor it was to capture your special day.
