Olivia has become like family to us, so we were so happy to get to attend and photograph her Bat Mitzvah.  We met Olivia when she was only 7-years-old. Danielle was her teacher at the acting school, Gary Spatz the Playground in Orange County.   After Danielle left the Playground, Olivia continued to use Danielle for private coachings and actor head shots. She became fast friends with our kids, who now race into her arms the minute she steps foot in our homes.

Olivia's bat mitzvah was a year in the making, post-poned due to Covid restrictions. Now celebrating her fourteenth birthday, Olivia was finally able to perform the Jewish coming of age ceremony. Following the ceremony, guests had time to change into their beach attire, and prep for the perfect pre-teen party on the beach complete with karaoke, lots of laughs and a delicious buffet dinner. The setting was perfect, a sunny day in beautiful California. Beach bungalows provided shade and a space for guests to put their things. There were sand toys and beach towels provided and everyone enjoyed tropical drinks, and soaking in the sun.

Olivia blew our candles on her cake, and performed a special and heart-warming candle lighting ceremony, honoring 13 people that have made a difference in her life. This was fitting because we believe one of Olivia’s greatest qualities is her ability to make everyone feel important and special.
