We had such a great time spending the day with Sarah and Adam at their intimate wedding at Duke’s in Malibu! The private space overlooks the ocean and provides the perfect ceremony and reception location for their guest list of under 40 close friends and family. Aside from having amazing food and ambiance, Duke’s was a fitting choice for the couple who got engaged on the Island of Maui next to Duke’s. The pair met at a friend's wedding six years ago and from date one knew they’d be together forever—it’s clear to us why. They light up next to each other and are all smiles. They are both kind, friendly and made us feel so welcome! They have amazing families who made us laugh. Both Sarah and Adam have three siblings. We too grew up in a family of four kids so it was fun seeing how they all got along and interacted.
Sarah and Adam's wedding day was perfect; complete with a touch of tropics, and sun shining in through the many windows of the restaurant. Sarah looked beautiful in a lace dress with a long train and simple silver plumeria stud earrings (of course from Hawaii). We loved Adam's grey suit and it’s special touches! His jacket was lined with material of blue palm trees and his tie also had a touch of the tropics in the pattern, yet remained classy with a touch of personality.
After the ceremony we took Sarah and Adam onto the beach for their portraits. It was the perfect day to be by the ocean with clear crystal blue sky above them. The newlyweds were naturals in front of the camera easily falling into place with one another and smiling as if we weren’t even there.
In addition to his overwhelming love for his new wife, Adam also loves cars. The couple toasted with Lamborghini Brut Rose which Sarah discovered. At the end of the celebration, the happy couple made their bubble exit as guests blew good wishes their way. After a final toast and a kiss in front of their guests the newlyweds were whisked away in a classic, white, luxury 1937 Packard!
Please enjoy going through some of our favorite photos from the day! Congratulations once again Mr and Mrs Guerra, we wish you a lifetime of happiness and ton of fun on your Oahu honeymoon!
